BRUNSWICK, ME : Driver arrested in alleged hit-and-run crash pedestrian in Brunswick on Saturday, 10th August 2024

Brunswick police have charged a local man who is accused of hitting a pedestrian with his vehicle Saturday morning, leaving the scene of the crash, then leading police on a brief pursuit before he was taken into custody.

Emergency officials were called around 10:15 a.m. to the McDonald's on Pleasant Street, where a pedestrian was reportedly hit by a vehicle.
