Morrow, OH : Little Miami football player critically hurt in car crash Saturday night on September 7, 2014
Brayden Thornbury's classmates have been keeping a vigil at the hospital since the Little Miami High School football star was seriously injured in a car crash Sunday.
Thornbury, a senior, apparently lost control and crashed into a tree along East Pike Road in Morrow.
The running back scored a touchdown and rushed for 146 yards in the Panthers' 59-29 loss to Western Brown last week.
His teammates are dedicating this Friday's game to him. The Panthers play Indian Hill.
Families are printing shirts to wear at the game. The shirts say "Pray for Bray" on the front and have his last name and number 25 on the back.
Proceeds from the sale of the shirts will go to Brayden's family.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash.
