East Boston man struck, killed crossing Cambridge street

A maintenance worker for a cleaning company contracted by the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge was killed when he was struck by a vehicle while crossing Land Boulevard this morning, state police and the hotel'™s general manager said.
