A driver in a stolen car crashed into two other cars Friday morning, sending three people to the hospital, police said.
At 2:39 a.m., an officer spotted a speeding gold Honda heading west on Southeast Holgate Boulevard near 94th Avenue. When the officer flipped on the patrol car's lights and sirens, the driver sped away, said Sgt. Pete Simpson.
The driver ran a red light at 92nd Avenue and collided with two other cars, Simpson said in a news release. Officers later learned the Honda was stolen, he said.
