Oil City, PA : Person hurt in East Second Street crash on Thursday, December, 21st 2017

A Venango County 911 dispatcher reported that someone was lifeflighted in a single-vehicle accident at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Second Street and Route 257 in Oil City.

The dispatcher said patient was transported by Community Ambulance to UPMC Northwest but was later transferred to lifeflight.
