KANSAS CITY, MO : One killed in Kansas City crash where motorcycle and bus collided on Tuesday, September 19th 2017

Kansas City Police say one person died after a motorcycle and bus collided at E. 37th Street and Fremont on Tuesday night. The crash happened shortly after 7 p.m.

Investigators say the motorcycle rider was traveling west on 35th Terrace, and a small school bus was traveling south on Fremont. The rider did not stop for a stop sign, and wasn’t wearing a helmet. The rider hit the side of the bus and was ejected.

The rider was pronounced dead at the scene. The bus driver and a monitor were not injured in the collision.

The victim hasn’t been identified yet.
