Delegate Dwyer to discuss boating accident case

Delegate Don Dwyer and his attorney will be speaking to the media about his upcoming trial on charges related to a boating accident. The Anne Arundel County Republican has scheduled a news conference in Pasadena on Monday, one day before a trial is scheduled in the case.
