Helena, MT : A 16-year-old girl and another driver were hospitalized for minor injuries following an accident in Grand Haven on Tuesday, August 22, 2017
The crash took place at 8:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 22, at the intersection of Lincoln Street and Pine Glen Drive, which is near 144th Avenue.
Upon investigation, the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office determined this two-car crash happened when Jacinto Rueda-Zamora, 47, of Wyoming, turned into Pine Glen Drive from Lincoln into a car driven by 16-year-old Kensley Schenkel of Grand Haven.
Rueda-Zamora was traveling eastbound on Lincoln Street in his 2003 Pontiac Montana, while Kensley was driving westbound on Lincoln Street in a 2009 Nissan Versa. Kensley’s mom, Kerri Schenkel, 43, was a passenger in the Versa at the time of the crash.
