LAKE UNDERHILL, FL : Truck crashes with car on Lake Underhill Road on Monday morning July 21st 2014

A crash involving a lawn care truck and another vehicle left lanes blocked on Lake Underhill Road near Fieldstream Boulevard in Orlando for part of Monday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The driver of the truck was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center and another person in the second vehicle was entrapped, said Florida Highway Patrol Sgt. Kim Montes.

All lanes on Lake Underhill were cleared and are back open.
