An SUV hit a 4-year-old boy on a bike before fleeing the scene Wednesday afternoon in Wilmington.
Police said the hit-and-run took place in the 1400 block of Robert E. Lee Drive at 3:29 p.m.
The SUV is described as greyish brown and was last seen heading westbound on Early Drive, then south on Jeb Stuart Drive.
EMS took the boy to the hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
