CHRISTMAS, FL : Altamonte Springs woman, 48, killed in single-car crash on Sunday, February 26th 2017

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash that happened early Sunday, troopers said.

Troopers said a car was driving west on State Road 528 when it left the road and hit a tree.Marilyn Medina, 48, of Altamonte Springs, was killed. She was a passenger in the car that crashed.Troopers said all lanes of traffic have since reopened.
