DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA : Driver charged with OWI after two injured in Dubuque County crash on Saturday, 15th June 2024

On Saturday, the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Highway 136 and Klaren Rd in reference to a two-vehicle traffic accident just after 4pm.

Two patients were transported to MercyOne in Dyersville with non-life threatening injuries.

One of the drivers, 40-year-old Lindsay Takes was charged with OWI-3rd Offense and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Medication. Takes was also cited for Failure to Yield Half of Roadway.
