PLANT CITY, FL : 1 dead in 5-vehicle crash on I-4 near Plant City on Thursday, 6th July 2023

One person died after a five-vehicle crash Thursday morning along I-4, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash happened in the westbound lanes near mile-marker 19, just west of Thonotosassa Road FHP said.

Westbound lanes of I-4 reopened shortly after noon, according to troopers.
