A 28-year-old Rochester man has died in an accident at a quarry in southeastern Minnesota.
The Olmsted County sheriff's office says the man was killed when he was caught between two dump trucks.
Rescue workers were called late Thursday morning to the quarry near Stewartville. The Post-Bulletin reports efforts to revive the man failed, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the sheriff's office, the victim apparently was caught between the two trucks as one of them backed up at the private quarry mining and asphalt operation.
The man's name will be released Friday.
