A pedestrian was killed when they were struck by a vehicle in Rowan County Friday evening.
The incident happened just after 10 p.m. on Airport Road in Salisbury. Troopers with the North Carolina Highway Patrol said they are investigating, but did not give further details.
The victim's name and age have not been released.
It is unclear if the person operating the vehicle is facing any charges.
