Motorcyclist dies in Storrow Drive crash in Massachusetts

A motorcycle rider has died after crashing on the eastbound side of Storrow Drive this afternoon, Massachusetts State Police said.
The rider, a 35-year-old man, hit a pole, State Police said.Storrow Drive east of the Bowker Overpass has been been closed as police investigate the 2:50 p.m. crash. State Police said preliminary evidence suggested that only the motorcycle was involved, but authorities are still unsure of all the circumstances.No further details were immediately available.
