Crystal Lake,IL : 32-year-old man seriously injured in Johnsburg rollover crash on April, Wednesday 25th 2018

A 32-year-old man was flown to an area hospital in serious condition after he was ejected from a vehicle that rolled over about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday in Johnsburg.

Four people were traveling in a vehicle that left the road for unknown reasons and rolled, McHenry Township Fire Battalion Chief David Harwood said. The incident happened on North Ringwood Road between McCullom Lake and West Martin roads.


The 38-year-old driver was taken to Centegra Hospital – McHenry in good condition, and 20-year-old and 25-year-old passengers were treated at the scene, Harwood said.

The fourth person – a 32-year-old man – had been ejected from the vehicle.

The man was treated in an ambulance and then flown by Flight for Life to an area hospital with serious injuries.

The crash closed North Ringwood Road until about 6 a.m. while police investigated, Johnsburg Police Chief Keith Von Allmen said. The major accident investigation team continues to investigate.
