Brevard County, FL : Motorcyclist critically injured in Brevard County crash on Thursday December 10 2015

A motorcyclist was critically injured in a crash in Brevard County on Thursday.
Emergency crews were called to the scene on the Merritt Island Causeway at Myrtice Avenue around 6:45 a.m.
The driver claimed the biker was speeding, but the Florida Highway Patrol has not released the cause of the crash.
The westbound lanes of State Road 520 were shut down as part of the investigation.
