Willcox, AZ : Sunsites woman killed in accident on Wednesday, 14th September 2016

A Sunsites woman was killed in a pedestrian accident near Cochise in the wee hours last Wednesday morning.

Thirty-two year old Angelica Soledad Ruiz died on scåçene after being struck near milepost 56.9, by a one-ton pick up truck traveling northbound on Highway 191, south of Cochise, at 4:26 a.m. Sept. 7, said Public Information Officer Raul Garcia, Jr., with the Arizona Department of Public Safety, in Phoenix.

The driver was 62-year-old Bernardo Guzman, of Cochise.

The accident remains under investigation.
