Greenfield, WI : Milwaukee man was killed and a Greenfield man was injured in 2-vehcile crash at Greenfield on Sunday, April 17th, 2016
A 65-year-old Milwaukee man was killed and a Greenfield man was injured Sunday evening in a crash in the 4900 block of S. 76 St., Greenfield police said.
The victim had pulled out of the parking lot of Barnes & Noble around 6:30 p.m. when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle traveling south on S. 76th St. The driver of that vehicle, age 21, had minor injuries, police said.
The older man was trapped in his vehicle and was extricated by the Greenfield Fire Department and taken to Froedtert Hospital, where he later died, police said.
Speed is being investigated as a possible factor in the crash, police said. The Wisconsin State Patrol is helping with the investigation.
