McIntosh, AL : 15-year-old boy killed in ATV crash on Tuesday night July 15th 2014

A 15-year-old boy died on Tuesday night after the four-wheel ATV he was driving crashed eight miles southwest of McIntosh, according to Alabama State Troopers.

Tyler Lamar Knapp, of McIntosh, crashed on Sank Town Road around 9:05 p.m., said State Trooper Kevin Cook. He did not say what caused Knapp to crash or whether he was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

Knapp's death marked the second fatal ATV-related crash since Monday. Antonio Farrow, 37, died near Wetumpka on Monday evening after he swerved off the roadway and hit a tree, according to State Troopers.
