Yuba City , CA : Truck crashed and Truck driver arrested after veering into ditch along southbound lane closed along Highway 99 t after on earlier Tuesday morning , February , 17th 2015

The California Highway Patrol said that one southbound lane was closed along Highway 99 outside Yuba City to clear a crash from earlier Tuesday morning.

A driver behind the wheel of a truck carrying thousands of pounds of paper was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after crashing into a ditch along the highway.

Crews are working to upright the truck, which was hauling about 45,000 pounds of rolls of paper when it veered off the highway.

Multiple tow trucks are on the scene attempting to take it out, authorities said.

No other cars were involved in the crash, which happened near Sacramento Avenue around 3 a.m. Tuesday.
