Ontario,CA : Moreno Valley man killed in Fontana crash is identified on August, Sunday 27th 2017

A Moreno Valley man who died after a single-vehicle collision in Fontana on Wednesday was identified Sunday by the San Bernardino County coroner.

Deray Dakodus Blaze Butler, 40, was injured while driving on Slover Avenue before Cherry Avenue just before 3 p.m., the Coroner’s Office said in a news release.

He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead at 3:36 p.m.
