Clarksville, TN : One person killed and two others injured in head-on collision in Clarksville on Friday December 25 2015

One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash near the intersection of Ashland City Road and Branch Road, according to Clarksville police.
The crash occurred just before 8:30 a.m. on Friday morning.
Phillip Piccione, 64, of Woodland, TN, was driving a 2015 Volkswagen Passat west on Ashland City Road. He collided head on with a 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor, which was traveling east.
Piccione was pronounced dead at the scene.
Martha Brashear, 69, of Clarksville, who was driving the Endeavor, was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in serious condition. The passenger in the Endeavor, William Brashear, 75, of Clarksville, was taken to Skyline Medical Center in serious condition.
