FOUNTAIN INN, SC : Deadly crash under investigation in Laurens County on Sunday, 5th May 2024

The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that one person died Sunday morning following a crash in the area.
Deputies said the crash occurred shortly after 8 a.m. at Greenpond Road and Winding Hollow Road.
According to deputies, three cars were involved in the crash. Deputies confirmed that a female passenger from one of the vehicles passed away at the scene. The Laurens County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 31-year-old Harley Chester.
Deputies stated that three other people were taken to the hospital following the collision. However, their current conditions are unknown.
