Dallas, TX : 16-year-old Davion Parks was killed in a crash at Fort Worth on Monday, 29th August, 2016

A teenager died in a car crash early Monday after he stole a car and led police on a chase in Fort Worth.

Fort Worth police say they started following a car that was reported stolen around 3 a.m. in East Fort Worth, according to KXAS-TV (NBC5).

The brief chase reached speeds of up of up to 100 mph, according to KTVT-TV (Channel 11). The chase ended when the driver crashed into a flea market in the 3700 block of Bisbee Street.

Police said the driver died at the scene.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner identified the driver as 16-year-old Davion Parks.
