Charlotte, NC : Driver crashes vehicle into South Charlotte home on May 25th 2014

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are investigating an incident involving a suspected drunk driver crashing a vehicle into a home in South Charlotte.

Police responded to the accident on West Arrowood Road just after 2:00 a.m. Saturday. Police say the driver had to be taken to the hospital, where they say they'll continue their investigation to determine if he was intoxicated.

WBTV crews spoke with the homeowner who says the front of the home is now off limits because of the damage.

Police have not said if the driver will face charges.
