Two 23-year-old Kansas City men were killed in a fatal multi-vehicle wreck that also injured a third person Saturday in Platte County.

The wreck occurred on Missouri 45 Highway near the intersection of Westside Drive, which is just north of the Platte County town of Iatan, Mo.
