Jackson County, MO :Man sent to hospital after car strikes tree near Black River Falls on Monday, June 29th 2015

Jackson County Sheriff's Department received a report of a crash involving injury on Interstate 94 near Black River Falls early Monday morning. According to authorities, James T. Bunch, 24, from Indiana was traveling eastbound on I-94 when he left the roadway and struck a tree. Bunch was transported to a nearby hospital.
Authorities said Bunch suffered serious injuries, but is expected to recover. Authorities also said Bunch was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
