Ault , CO : Hit-and-run crash that injured motorcyclist in Ault on Saturday, 17th August 2019

Police are asking for the public’s help after the driver of a white vehicle left the scene of a crash with a motorcycle that seriously injured the motorcyclist.

Ault Police Chief Rich Strang said police responded about 11:45 p.m. Saturday to the crash on Colo. 14, just east of the intersection with Weld County Road 33. The driver of the motorcycle was taken to North Colorado Medical Center with serious injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle, a white four-door car of unknown make and model, left the scene, Strang said. The rear of the vehicle likely sustained damage in the crash, he added.
