Las Vegas, NV : Motorcyclist critically injured in west valley crash Sunday evening on September 14, 2014

A woman was in critical condition Sunday evening after a motorcycle and car collided ?in the west valley, Metro Police said. The collision occurred about 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Arville Street and Russell Road, police said. Kimberly Jordan, 39, was riding a 2014 Suzuki motorcycle south on Arville, and Elias Yohanns, 39, was driving east on Russell in a 2012 Ford Escape, police said. They collided in the intersection, with the car striking the motorcycle on its right side, police said. Jordan was taken to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries; Yohanns was taken to Spring Valley Hospital with minor injuries. The crash is still under investigation.
