PORTLAND, OR : Fatal rollover crash on Southeast Powell on Saturday, 18th November 2023

Portland Police are investigating a fatal rollover crash that occurred Saturday morning.

Officials say officers from Central Precinct responded to a report of a crash on Southeast Powell and 28th Avenue just before 2:40 a.m.

When officers arrived, they found a vehicle rolled over. Police say the driver was deceased at the scene.
