Enid, OK : An Enid man was injured in a single vehicle accident at Eastbound at CR 670 On Saturday, August 13th, 2016

An Enid man is in the hospital after a single vehicle accident Saturday morning.

Marin Thoms, 54, was driving a 2013 Mack Truck eastbound on CR 670 and departed the roadway, swerving left, then right and over-correcting, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.

The vehicle rolled three-quarters of a turn, and Thoms was pinned for about an hour before the Hennessey Fire Department extricated him.

He was taken by Life EMS to St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in stable condition with internal trunk injuries.

Seat belts were not in use, according to the report.
