West End,VA : One dead in early-morning crash in Albemarle on Thursday, 31st May 2018

One person died Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash involving a semi-tractor on the westbound side of Interstate 64 near the Ivy exit, according to Virginia State Police.

Police have not released the victim’s name pending notification of family and still are investigating the crash, which occurred at about 7:20 a.m. at mile marker 113 in Albemarle County.
