Nunica,MI : One person died Friday night in a single-car rollover crash near Nunica on April, friday 14th 2017

The crash occurred at 7:19 p.m. near the Hat Field Airport, 18155 120th Ave.
Police told WZZM-TV that the car was traveling south on 120th Avenue in Crockery Township when the driver lost control of the vehicle. According to an Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputy on the scene, the car rolled over several times and was found upside down in a ditch.
The driver was unresponsive and had to be extricated from the car by Crockery Township firefighters, said Sgt. Cal Keuning of the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene by North Ottawa Community Hospital paramedics.
The dead person’s name was being withheld until the family has been notified, Keuning said Friday night.
The crash is under investigation by the Sheriff’s Department.
