Clinton,CT : Two-car collision Connecticut leaves 1 dead, 1 injured on may, thursday 4th 2017

One person is dead and another is seriously injured after a head-on collision in Connecticut.

Police say the two-car crash occurred Thursday afternoon.

Officers determined upon arrival that the fire department’s assistance was needed to free the men from the wreckage. One of the drivers was pronounced dead at the hospital, and police are withholding his name until next of kin is notified.

The investigation into the collision is ongoing.
