KENNESAW, GA : Car takes off from traffic stop, crashes into 2 houses in Cobb County on Friday, 12th April 2024

Some residents narrowly escaped serious injuries after a car came crashing into two houses Friday morning in a Cobb County neighborhood.

The Cobb County Police Department says its preliminary investigation revealed that officers tried to stop?a white 2013 BMW X5 — driven by 19-year-old Benedicto Morales, of Jefferson, Georgia — for failing to stay in its lane and suspected DUI.
