HILLSBORO, OR : Hillsboro man dies the intersection of Lawrence County 424 and Lawrence County 222 in the Hillsboro community on Thursday, 2nd August 2018

A Hillsboro resident was killed in a one-vehicle crash Thursday night in Lawrence County, according to Alabama troopers.

Troopers from the Quad Cities Trooper Post responded at 10:25 p.m. to the accident at the intersection of Lawrence County 424 and Lawrence County 222 in the Hillsboro community, said Cpl. Bill Burke in a release.

Christopher Michael Reding, 33, of Hillsboro, was ejected from the vehicle after it left the roadway and entered a roadside ditch, Burke said. The vehicle had rolled over several times, according to Burke, and Reding was not using a seatbelt.Reding was pronounced dead at the scene by Lawrence County Deputy Coroner Alex Graham, Burke said.
