Two people were hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries after two trucks collided head on in the Town of Springdale shortly after 12:30 p.m. Saturday, the Dane County Sheriff's Office reported.
A 37-year-old Mount Horeb man, who was not injured, will be cited for driving left of center, according to a news release from the office.
His Dodge Ram Quad Cab was eastbound on Highway S west of Witte Road when it struck a GMC Yukon.
The driver of the Yukon, a 32-year-old Darlington man, and his passenger, a 28-year-old Darlington woman, both had to be extricated, the release said.
