ROCK ISLAND, IL : 1 killed, three injured in Rock Island Co. crash on Saturday, 21st September 2024

The Rock Island County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a crash that killed one person and injured three others Saturday afternoon in Illinois City.

Deputies responded at 12:15 p.m. for a two-vehicle crash in the 15300 block of 322nd Street West.

A passenger in one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the same vehicle was transported to UnityPoint Health-Trinity Rock Island for treatment, deputies said.

Two people in the other vehicle were transported to UnityPoint Health-Trinity Muscatine.
