JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL : 2 killed in accident on I-459 in Jefferson Co. on Friday, 12th February 2021

Two people were killed Thursday evening in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 459 southbound in Jefferson County.

The victims have been identified as Courtney Knight and Tommy Cooper. Both were 34-years-old and lived in Montgomery.

Troopers say Knight was driving a 2004 Lexus ES 330 when she left the road and hit a power pole.
