Indiana, PA : Police identify drivers in bus, truck wreck on April, Monday 10th 2017

A school bus driver was killed about 7 a.m. when the bus and a coal truck collided on Route 22 west of Blairsville.
Authorities identified the victim as Deborah Bopp, 54. State police reported the driver of the coal truck was Wesley White, 59.
The drivers’ addresses were not immediately released.
One person was sent by STAT MedEvac medical helicopter to a regional trauma center for treatment.
Neither vehicle carried any other passengers. The bus owned by Smith Bus Co. was contracted to the Derry Area School District, according to reports.
P&B Transportation owned the truck, state police reported.
Troopers from Kiski Valley continued their investigation of the crash. According to reports from scene, a section of a jersey barrier dividing the east- and westbound lanes was heavily damaged and the school bus came to rest on top of the barrier.
The loaded coal truck ran off the road and barreled into a model house at Long’s Homes Inc., a custom modular home manufacturer on the south side of the highway east of Auction Barn Road.
Citizens’ Ambulance Service paramedics, volunteers from the Blairsville and Black Lick fire departments and a Westmoreland County hazardous-materials team were among the emergency responders sent to the scene.
Firefighters detoured traffic from the eastbound lane of Route 22 and diverted motorists onto the shoulder of the westbound side while police investigated the wreck.
