Springdale, AR : One man dead,and one woman hurt in Springdale hit-and-run crash Sunday September 27 2015.

A man is dead and a woman is hurt after being struck by a vehicle in Springdale.
According to a report from the Arkansas State Police, 45-year-old Hector Antonio Regalado-Sandoval and 42-year-old Emma River-Octaviana were walking across a street when they were struck by a vehicle early Sunday before the car drove away.
Authorities say Regalado-Sandoval was pronounced dead at the scene, and River-Octaviana was taken to a hospital. Her condition was not immediately known.A preliminary report says police have arrested a 37-year-old woman on suspicion of leaving the scene of an injury accident and negligent homicide.
