A Cassville man was injured in a wreck on Friday at 1:25 p.m. on Highway 37 at Butterfield.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Christopher Beeson, 38, of Cassville, was driving a 2010 Ford F150 northbound when a southbound 2015 Dodge Ram, being driven by Raymond Yoder, 25, of Neosho, failed to yield and made a left turn into the front of Beeson’s vehicle.
Beeson suffered moderate injuries and was transported by private vehicle to Mercy Hospital in Cassville. Yoder was not injured.
Both men were wearing safety devices. The Ford was totaled, and the Dodge sustained extensive damage.
At 2:39 p.m., Yoder was arrested for misdemeanor warrants out of Newton County for failing to appear on speeding and no seat belt charges. He was also charged with driving while revoked and failure to yield.
