Omaha, NE : Two people who died in a four-vehicle crash on Highway 50 on Monday, 25th June 2018

Authorities have identified two people who died in a four-vehicle crash Monday just south of Schram Road on Highway 50.

Adam Penick, 44, and Jennifer Penick, 38, both of Omaha, were pronounced dead at the scene while their daughter, Unity, 5, sustained a minor injury to her arm, according to a Sarpy County Sheriff's Office release. Unity was taken to University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Preliminary investigation indicates Penick's car, a white 2007 Buick Terraza, was traveling northbound, crossed the median and was struck by a southbound black 2010 Chevrolet Silverado pickup.
