Hutchinson, KS : One person injured after a Rollover accident in Stafford County on Saturday, December 31, 2016

A rollover accident at 11:56?p.m. Saturday in Stafford County sent Hans J. Fritzemeier, 30, St. John, to Pratt Regional Medical Center.

Fritzemeier was driving a 2000 Ford Expedition south on Southeast 30th Avenue, about five and a half miles south of U.S. 50 and three miles east of U.S. 281, and swerved to miss a deer, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol report.

He lost control of the vehicle. It entered the east ditch and rolled multiple times before coming to rest on its top. Fritzemeier was not wearing a seat belt, the report said.

Information on his condition at Pratt Regional Medical Center was unavailable Sunday afternoon.
