CARROLL COUNTY, AR : Two killed in three-vehicle crash on U.S. 62 east of Green Forest on Sunday, 18th November 2018

Arkansas State Police say a 34-year-old Berryville woman and a 16-year-old boy were killed in a three-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 62 about two miles east of Green Forest early Monday afternoon.

According to a report by ASP Sgt. Chad Hipps, Madonna Woodward, 34, of Berryville was eastbound when the 2002 GMC Envoy she was driving crossed the double-yellow lines and hit a westbound 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by 34-year-old Rigoberto Tovar-Tellez of Berryville.The Envoy then rotated and hit a westbound 2006 Honda Pilot driven by a 16-year-old male subject, whose name and hometown were not released.
