Kearney,NE : Franklin County Attorney's Office identifies 9-year-old ATV crash victim on November, Friday 3rd 2017

The Franklin County Attorney’s Office has identified the 9-year-old boy who died of injuries in an ATV accident Friday night.

Ryan Molzahn was driving the ATV on his family farm near Naponee when it rolled down a 70-foot embankment, the press release says.

He was transported to Harlan County Hospital in Alma where was pronounced dead at about 8 p.m.

The county attorney’s office order an autopsy and said the manner of death appears to be accidental.
