KEWASKUM, WI : 1 dead, another seriously injured in Washington County motorcycle crash on Sunday, 8th August 2021

One person is dead and another seriously injured following a motorcycle crash in Kewaskum Sunday night, August 8.

It happened around 5:17 p.m. near Hwy 28 and Cty Tk V in the town of Kewaskum.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says dispatch received multiple calls of a motorcycle crash.

They arrived to find a woman in her late 40’s from Jackson in the southbound lanes with significant injuries, and a man, also in his late 40’s from Jackson, was found down the embankment receiving CPR from a Good Samaritan.

The motorcycle was located south of both patients on Hwy 45.

Lifesaving efforts on both patients were taken over by law enforcement and Kewaskum Fire, with additional assistance from West Bend Rescue and Lifestar Rescue.

The man died on the scene.
