Forgery, Leaving the Scene of a Crash

Officers responded to a vehicle accident on I-64 at Brentwood with several lanes blocked. Officers discovered that the driver of the responsible vehicle fled the scene on foot. The subject was identified and later arrested in another jurisdiction
